The challenge
Starting point
Personal injury is dominated by national firms and claims-management brands with huge budgets. The firm’s traffic had been flat and it depended on bought leads.
Pages were generic, several claim types had no dedicated page, and technical issues were slowing indexing of new content.
What I did
The SEO strategy
1. Intent-led claim pages
Separate pages for each claim type – road traffic accidents, accidents at work, data breach, medical negligence and more – each answering eligibility, process, timescales and compensation questions.
2. Legal E-E-A-T
Clear authorship, regulatory information and transparent fee explanations to meet Google’s standards for legal and financial topics.
3. Technical sprint
Indexing, internal links, schema and page speed fixed so new claim pages were crawled and ranked quickly.
4. Authority
Relevant legal directory and niche outreach links pointed at the most commercial claim pages.
Results
The results
Traffic held flat for the first months while content and fixes were indexed, then broke out in March–April 2026. The site reached around 5,400 monthly organic visits, 194 ranking keywords and 23 top-3 positions, with daily enquiries coming from organic search.
